The Service Includes Operational Support, Administration, Monitoring And Technical Support Of The Existing Oracle Database Appliance Environment, Including The Oracle Enterprise Edition Databases Running On It And The Associated Oracle Infrastructure Components. The Service Is Provided On The Clients Infrastructure. The Contractor Takes Over The Operating And Support Services Defined In The Service Description. Assumption Of Overall Responsibility For The Clients It Infrastructure Is Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure.
