D) The Contractor Will Provide Time For Diagnosis In The Event Of A Machine Failure Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Notification By The Ordering Party. However, The Repair Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting The Failure (In Justified Objective Cases Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, Counting From The Date Of Diagnosis). F) The Contractor Will Organize Training For The Employers Employees In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Device At The Location, I.E. 66-200 Świebodzin, Ul. Poznańska 10 Within 5 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Device. G) Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Civil Liability Insurance Policy Covering The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00.
