Specific Procurement Notice for Upgrading works of Kinigi-Kora(28.1km) Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA), Email: [email protected] and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM local time at the address given below. 5. The bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs only (10,000 FRW) or in a convertible currency. The method of payment will be by depositing such an amount in a Rwanda Revenue Account (RRA) opened in any commercial bank in Rwanda or, alternatively, in the account N° 1000007737 of RRA opened at National Bank of Rwanda. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 09/07/2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time (8:00 GMT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
