The Proposed Works At St Nicholas Gfc Comprise The Construction Of A New Community Sports And Recreatiotnal Hall At St. Nicholas G.F.C., Measuring Approximately 20 Metres By 60 Metres. The Development Will Include Site Preliminaries And Substructure Works, Followed By The Erection Of A Steel Portal Frame With Metal Purlins And The Installation Of Insulated Kingspan Topdek Roofing Panels And Associated Roof Completions. The Building Works Will Include External Block Wall Construction, External Wall Completions, And Internal Wall Finishes To Create A Durable And Functional Indoor Sports Environment. A Key Element Of The Project Will Be The Installation Of 250Mm Hollow Core Slabs With A 100Mm Structural Screed, Providing A Strong And Level Base For The Facility, Followed By The Fitting Of A High-Quality Floating Solid Timber Gymnasium Floor Suitable For Sporting And Recreational Use. The Project Will Also Include Electrical And Plumbing Services, Windows And Doors, And Associated External Hard Landscaping To Complete The Facility For Use By The Club And Wider Community.
