Mini-Tenders Are Conducted With The Participants Of The Framework Agreement And Procurement Contracts Are Concluded Without Conducting Mini-Tenders Based On The Terms Of The Framework Agreement On The Basis Of The Cascade Method. The Estimated Cost Of The Framework Contract Is Eur 600,000 And The Maximum Possible Total Cost Is Eur 1,000,000. In The Case Of One Bidder, A Framework Contract With A Smaller Volume And A Shorter Term Is Concluded With One Bidder. The Execution Of Procurement Contracts May Be Financed Both From The State Budget And From Various European Union Funds, Therefore The Execution Of Procurement Contracts May Be Accompanied By Various Obligations Related To Funding Requirements. The Participants Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Informed About Them In Advance In The Basic Documents Of The Mini-Tender Or In The Invitation To Tender/Order Letter.
