The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find A Trainer Or Trainers Who Would Create And Carry Out Training Programs Based On The Customers Needs For The Target Group Of The Training. The Purpose Of The Training Is To Develop The Ability Of The Participants To Prepare And Deliver Clear, Humane And Well-Structured Messages To The Target Group, Especially In Direct Communication And By Telephone, In Order To Reduce Misunderstandings And The Need For Repeated Appeals. The Tender Is Divided Into Two Parts - Part I Clear Message In Customer Communication And Part Ii Complex Communication With The Customer. The Tenderer May Submit A Tender For One Part Or Both Parts.
