This Policy Must Provide A Strategic Framework For The Health And Employability Of Employees, Aimed At Sustainable Behavioral Change (Not Separate Initiatives). The Policy Must Be In Line With The Mission, Vision, Objectives And Needs Of Employees. This Will Involve A Combination Of Generic And Target Group-Oriented Approach That Is In Line With The Age Phase, Nature Of The Work And/Or Personal Situation Of Employees. In Addition To Carrying Out The Legally Established Occupational Health And Safety Service Tasks, The Occupational Health And Safety Service Provider Supports Managers And Employees In The Event Of (Preventive) Absenteeism. Expectations Are Expressed And Recorded Where Applicable. The Occupational Health And Safety Service Provider Initiates Activities In The Field Of Absenteeism Prevention, Based On Its Own Knowledge And Identification Of Bottlenecks. The Contractor Also Includes Information Shared From The Ggd In Activities Regarding Absenteeism Prevention. This Could Include Initiating Training On Dealing With Psychological Stress, Facilitating An Information Consultation Hour For Women Dealing With Menopausal Complaints Or On How To Properly Organize Informal Care Outside Of Work. Partner In Prevention And Health Policy As Established By The Ggd. An Absence Report Is Made On The Basis Of Trust. The Employee And Manager Have A Discussion About This. Follow-Up Agreements Are Made Based On The Conversation; Assessment Of Support Needs And Consultation With Company Doctor. Every Process Is Different And Deserves Tailor-Made Agreements.
