Bids Are Invited For Consulting Services - Memorial Park Cemetery Expansion

City Of Prince George (The “City) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Civil Engineering Firms To Provide Detailed Design Services For The Expansion Of Memorial Park Cemetery, Located At 3300 Memorial Park Lane, Prince George, Bc. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For Preparing Issued For Construction (Ifc) Drawings, Technical Specifications, And Class A Cost Estimates To Support The Development Of New Cemetery Sections, Including Associated Roads And Municipal Infrastructure.The Consultant Will Also Provide Contract Administration And Construction Oversight Services Throughout The Implementation Phase, Working Collaboratively With The Selected Construction Contractor To Support The Successful Delivery Of The Project. Upon Completion Of The Work, The Consultant Will Prepare And Submit Complete Record Drawings And Related Documentation Reflecting The Final Constructed Condition Of The Project.The Work Is To Be Completed In Two (2) Phases As Follows:High-Level Milestonedatephase 1 – Design & Costsmarch 30, 2027*Phase 2 – Construction Tbd, 2027/2028*Phase 2 Is Pending Supplier Performance And Project Budget Approval.
