The Contracting Authority Envisages Delivery Of The Following Electricity Meter Cabinets With Unilateral Service, Equipped According To Specification: - Electric Meter Cabinet For 2 Electric Meters, Metal Structure With Dimensions 600/2200/400 Or 600 Mm (Width/Height/Depth) - 4 Pieces; - Electric Meter Cabinet For 4 Electric Meters, Metal Structure With Dimensions 800/2200/400 Or 600 Mm (Width/Height/Depth) - 10 Pieces; - Electric Meter Cabinet For 6 Electric Meters, Metal Structure With Dimensions 1000/2200/400 Or 600 Mm (Width/Height/Depth) - 15 Pieces; - Electric Meter Cabinet For 8 Electric Meters, Metal Structure With Dimensions 1200/2200/400 Or 600 Mm (Width/Height/Depth) - 95 Pieces; - Electricity Meter Cabinet For 2 Electricity Meters For Measuring Electricity On Intersystem Power Lines, Metal Construction With Dimensions Of 800/2200/400 Or 600 Mm (Width/Height/Depth) - 8 Pieces. The Indicated Quantity Is Indicative. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Purchase The Specified Quantity Of Goods For The Duration Of The Contract. All Deliveries Will Be Made After A Specific Delivery Order Has Been Sent By The Customer. The Fulfillment Period For Each Specific Delivery Order Is No More Than 120 Calendar Days. The Term Of Validity Of The Contract Is 52 Months, Counted From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. Orders For Supplies Under This Contract May Be Sent During The First 48 Months From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. The Warranty Period Of The Offered Electricity Meter Cabinets Is Not Less Than 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Transmission Protocol For The Completed Delivery Without Remarks. The Warranty Period Of The Replaced/Replaced Electricity Meter Cabinets/Materials/Equipment, As Well As Corrections In The Completed Installation Activities, Is Not Less Than 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of The Bilateral Reception-Transmission Protocol For Acceptance Of The Replacement/Replacement/Repair. The Term For The Removal Of Defects/Inconsistencies That Occurred Within The Warranty Period Of The Meter Cabinets Is Up To 10 /Ten/ Calendar Days, When It Is Possible To Carry Out The Removal On Site, And No More Than 20 /Twenty/ Calendar Days, When It Is Necessary To Transport The Products To The Contractors Base (Applicable Only In The Case That The Meter Cabinets Are Not Installed). These Terms Run From The Date Of The Bilateral Protocol For Detected Defects/Inconsistencies, Signed Within 3 Working Days, From The Date Of Sending The Written Notification Of The Employer To The Contractor About The Malfunction That Has Occurred.
