In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contract, The Contractors Are Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: - Update Of The Developed Safety And Health Plan (Shp); The Relevant Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Regulatory Documents, The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, And The Rules Of The Program For Energy Efficiency Of Municipal Schools And Kindergartens (Eeoudg) To The National Trustee Eco Fund; -Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; -Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Equipment; -Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Zut; -Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Relevant Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Relevant Construction; -Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Zut And Cadastral Surveys Of The Relevant Construction In The Scope Necessary To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Arising From Art. 54A, Para. 2 Zkir; - Samples And Tests At The Completion Of Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; -Assistance In Organizing And Conducting The Necessary 72-Hour Tests Under Operational Conditions Of The Installed Equipment, Where Necessary; - Presentation Of Instructions For Operation And Maintenance Of The Installed Equipment; -Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; - Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires; -Implementation Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations And The Rules Of The Program For Energy Efficiency Of Municipal Schools And Kindergartens (Eeoudg) To The National Eco Trust Fund ​​​​​​​
