Note: Warranty Liability Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Technical Inconsistencies, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. Consumables Provided For In Periodic Servicing According To The Manufacturers Instructions (Oils, Filters, Greases, Etc.) Are At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority.
