In Fulfillment Of His Duties, The Contractor Exercises Construction Supervision Over The Constructions Through A Team Of Legally Competent Natural Persons With Proven Professional Experience And Technical Competences, Necessary For Carrying Out The Activities For Assessing The Conformity Of The Specific Project And For Exercising Construction Supervision. The Team Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 166, Para. 2 Of The Zut. The Contractor Follows The Requirements Of Art. 168 Of The Zut, The Scope Of Which Is As Follows: - Responsibility For Legal Commencement Of Construction; - Responsibility For The Completeness And Correct Drafting Of The Acts And Protocols During Construction; - Responsibility For The Implementation Of The Constructions, In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of Zut; - Responsibility For Compliance With The Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions In Construction; - Responsibility For Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of Construction; - Responsibility For The Suitability Of The Construction For Commissioning; - Responsibility For Assessing The Accessibility Of The Construction By Persons With Disabilities; - Responsibility For Signing All Acts And Protocols During Construction, Necessary For The Evaluation Of Constructions, Regarding Safety Requirements And For Legal Implementation, According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, For Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During Construction; - Responsibility For Notification In The Event Of A Violation Of The Technical Rules And Regulations Of The Regional Directorate For National Construction Supervision Within 3 Days From The Detection Of The Violation; - Responsibility To Prepare A Final Report To The Contracting Authority After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works; - Liability For Damages Caused To The Contractor And Other Construction Participants And Joint Liability For Damages Caused By Non-Compliance With Technical Rules And Regulations And Approved Projects. - Ensuring The Permanent Presence Of Its Representatives At The Site For The Time During Which Construction And Assembly Works Are Being Carried Out.
