The Present Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority, In View Of The Decision Taken On 08.07.2026 By The General Assembly Of Workers In Rs - Plovdiv And Utilization Of The Funds For Social And Household Services. At The Opening Of This Procurement Procedure, The Contractor Has Not Provided Funding Which Has Provided For A Delayed Implementation Clause In The Contract For The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Envisages That The Contract For The Execution Of This Public Procurement Be Concluded Under The Condition In Accordance With And Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated, According To Art. 114, Para. 4 Of The Zop. The Provision Of Social Benefits, Determined In Accordance With Art. 293 Of The Ct Will Be Implemented Through Food Vouchers Under The Requirements Of Art. 209 Of The Civil Code And Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003. Of Mtsp And Mof. The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Is A Food Voucher Operator, Who Has Received A Permit And Is Operating Under The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 09.07.2003 Of The Mtsp And The Ministry Of Finance On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As An Operator. ​​​​​​​
