In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Preparation Of An Investment Project, The Execution Of A Technical Inspection And The Exercise Of Authors Supervision For A Site Should Be Carried Out: Preparation Of An Investment Project, The Implementation Of A Technical Inspection And The Exercise Of Authors Supervision For A Site: Establishment Of A Modular Structure For The Separation Of Classrooms For The Needs Of The Elementary School Saints Cyril And Methodius - Village Markovo, Municipality Rodopi. The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - The Design Is One-Phase And Includes The Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project For All Parts Of The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On A Site: Preparation Of An Investment Project, Implementation Of The Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Site: Establishment Of A Modular Structure To Separate Classrooms For The Needs Of The St. St. Cyril And Methodius Primary School - Markovo Village, Rodopi Municipality, Including Coordination Of The Prepared Technical Investment Project With All Competent Authorities And Operating Companies /If Necessary/ To The Point Of Readiness For Issuing A Construction Permit. Activity 2: Construction/Smr - The Contractor Must Ensure A Lawful, Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And Its Implementing By-Laws. Activity 3: Author Supervision - Author Supervision Is Performed By The Designers, Architects, Engineers Or Their Authorized Persons Who Designed The Parts Of The Investment Project. The Authors Supervision Should Be Carried Out According To The Terms Of The Performance Contract, The Gtc, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards And Norms And Regulations Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
