Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery By Purchase Of Liquid Fuels For Refueling Cars - Diesel, A95h Gasoline And Propane-Butane For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Berkovitsa, Its Divisions And Secondary Managers With A Budget For A Period Of Five Years. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of B6 Diesel With An Estimated Amount Of 550,000 Liters, A95h Gasoline With An Estimated Amount Of 54,000 Liters And Propane-Butane With An Estimated Amount Of 47,000 Liters, Which Fuels Are Adapted To Operate The Buyers Cars. The Supply Of Fuel, Through Periodic Purchase For The Official Vehicles Owned By The Municipality Of Berkovitsa, Its Divisions And Secondary Administrators With A Budget, Will Take Place According To The List Of Vehicles Presented By The Contracting Authority Upon Signing The Performance Contract. Quality: The Liquid Fuels Offered By The Participant Must Meet The Quality Requirements According To The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control And The Indicators Under Bds Or Equivalent. Delivered Quantities Must Be Accompanied By A Declaration Of Compliance With The Quality Of Liquid Fuels. If Necessary During The Term Of The Contract, The Buyer Can Request And Receive An Additional Up To 10% Of The Above Amount. The Specified Quantity Is Estimated And Is Based On Consumption For The Past Period, And The Requested Quantity Will Depend On The Needs Of The Buyer. The Buyer Reserves The Right, Depending On The Needs And The Financial Resources At His Disposal, Not To Assign Requests For The Entire Value Of The Contract. With The Fuel Discount, The Buyer Is Entitled To Purchase Oils, Antifreeze, Wiper Fluid And Brake Fluid.
