The Full Scope Of The Order Includes The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Medical Gases For The Needs Of St. Panteleimon Hospital - Yambol Jsc, According To The Technical Specification In Section Ii. The Execution Of The Order Covers The Following Activities: Periodic Delivery Upon Prior Request Of Medical Gases - Liquid Oxygen, Bottled Medical Gaseous Oxygen And Nitrous Oxide/ For The Needs Of St. Panteleimon Hospital - Yambol Jsc. The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 Delivery Of Liquid Oxygen. Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Bottled Medical Gaseous Oxygen. Separate Position No. 3 Supply Of Natural Gas /Nitrogen Oxide/. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit One Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, For One, Several Or All Specific Items. There Is No Possibility Of Providing Variants In The Offers Of The Participants. The Estimated Value Of The Order Of 28,024.10 Euros Includes Payments To The Future Contractor Up To 2,155.70 Euros (Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Five Euros And Seventy Euro Cents) Excluding Vat, With The Option Of Extending The Contract To One Month. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Wide Validity Period Of The Offer – 6 Months, Counted From The Deadline For Receiving The Offers. According To Art. 111, Para. 5 Zop Guarantees Are Presented In One Of The Following Forms: 1. A Sum Of Money; 2. Bank Guarantee; 3. Insurance, Which Unconditionally And Irrevocably Ensures Performance By Covering The Contractors Liability. The Guarantee Under Item 1 Or 2 Can Be Provided On Behalf Of The Contractor At The Expense Of A Third Party - Guarantor. The Conditions And Terms For Retention Or Utilization Of The Performance Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Contract Under This Public Procurement.
