Construction Of Twelve (12) New Walk-In Campsites; 2. Modest Granular Parking Areas And A Trail; 3. Vegetation Clearing, Topsoil Stripping, Earthworks And Fine Grading; 4. Topsoil And Seeding; 5. Site Furnishings And Site Signage; 6. Landscape Maintenance For One (1) Year Following Issuance Of Interim Acceptance; And 7. Warranty For One (1) Year Following Issuant Of Interim Acceptance.
