These Bases Govern The Process Of The Public Proposal That Makes The Call For The Tender Called Design Of Architecture, Engineering And Specialties Of The Pgo Projects Corresponding To The Master Plan Of The El Olivar Sur And El Olivar Norte Neighborhoods, Commune Of Viña Del Mar. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Generate The Architectural, Engineering And Specialties Design Of The Specified Projects, Which Are Aimed At Directly Responding To The Problems And Priorities Defined In The Master Plan Of The Olivar Sur And Olivar Norte Neighborhoods. The Tender Will Be Carried Out By Lines Independent Of Each Other, According To The Following Table, Which May Be Awarded To The Same Or Different Bidders, Therefore, The Bidders May Apply For One Or Both Lines Tendered.
