Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Ve7301 Bma Gfa. Fraport Ag Intends To Fundamentally Technically Renovate Terminal 2 (T2) In The Coming Years. The Terminal Is To Be Given A New Life Cycle As Part Of The Technical Renovation. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Eliminate All Risks Of Technical Operation And To Fully Meet Building Regulations, Fire Protection And Occupational Safety Requirements, Including Energy Optimization In The Following Years After The Building Has Been Used Again. The Renovation Of T2 Is Also Intended To Functionally Optimize The Terminal Facility In Order To Be Able To Integrate The Facility Into The Hub System Of The Lufthansa Group And The Star Alliance. As Part Of A Preliminary Investigation By Ifm/Zim, Various Measures Were Identified With A Focus On The Renovation Of The T2 In Order To Ensure Operational Safety And Operation In Accordance With Building Permit Law, Including Fire Protection. The Focus Of The Construction Work Is On The Technical Building Equipment. During This Period, The T2 Will Be Temporarily Taken Out Of Operational Use For Passenger Operations. Individual Partial Services Are To Be Provided Subsequently Until 2034. In Accordance With Building Regulations, The T2 Remains In Operation. Other Functions Will Remain In Use During The Construction Work (E.G. The Station Of The Passenger Transport System (Pts) T2 As A Transfer Station, Baggage Handling Areas And Baggage Conveyor Systems, Areas For Aircraft Handling With Operations Management, Parking Facilities T2). The Subject Of This Tender Is Services For The Ve7301 Bma With, Among Others, The Following Service Areas: The Subject Of The Tender Is The Construction And Renewal Of A Total Of Four Fire Alarm Systems In The Area Of ​​The Baggage Handling System At Frankfurt Airport Terminal 2. The Areas Of The Four Systems Extend Over Four Levels (E01-U2) And Monitor A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 60,000 M². A Separate Fire Department Initial Information System (Feis) Must Be Provided For Each Of The Four Fire Alarm Systems. The Four Fire Alarm Systems Are Not Networked With Each Other.
