Engineering Services – Technical Control Of The Regulatory Self-Monitoring Device Of The Collection System Of The Department Of Val-De-Marne. This Consultation Concerns The Technical Control Of The Regulatory Self-Monitoring System Of The Collection System Of The Department Of Val-De-Marne. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Technical Controls Of The Regulatory Self-Monitoring System (Metrology Devices, Validity Of Data, Regulatory Documents, Procedures) Of The Sanitation System Of The Department Of Val-De-Marne As Defined In The Decree Of July 21, 2015 Relating To Collective Sanitation Systems, Modified By The Decree Of July 10, 2024 And Supplemented, Where Applicable, By The Monitoring Requirements Imposed By The Prefectural Decree Dated November 16 2018, With Regard To Environmental Objectives And Sensitive Uses Of Receiving Water Bodies And Downstream Water Bodies. This Control Will Make It Possible To Verify The Conformity Of The Devices With The Technical Requirements Of The Seine-Normandie Water Agency And To Assess Their Reliability On The Basis Of The Conclusions Which Will Be Reported In The Standard Report Presented In Appendix 5 Of The Cctp (Report For Control Of Self-Monitoring Devices Collection System). Note That The Seine Normandy Water Agency (Aesn) Bases Its Technical Requirements On 3 Standards: - The Regulatory Standard; - The Normative Framework; - The Reference System Relating To The Rules Of The Art. It Is The Responsibility Of The Inspection Body To Ensure Compliance With These Technical Requirements.
