The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Service Delegation Contract Relating To The Management And Operation Of The Municipal Multi-Service Business “Le Saint Romain” Including In Particular The Following Activities: • Operation Of A Bar With Municipal Iv License, Open From 9:00 A.M. To 11:00 P.M., Offering A Friendly Welcome To Local, Tourist And Passing Customers; • Operation Of An On-Site Catering Service, Favoring Local And Seasonal Products, With A Minimum Service Of 2 Hours At Midday And 3 Hours In The Evening From 6:30 P.M., Notably Offering Snacks At Any Time And Traditional Provençal Dishes; • Operation Of A Delicatessen Offering Local Products, Local Press, Bread Depot, Postal Relay Point And Parcel Relay; • Management Of A Self-Service Bicycle Repair Station Made Available And Maintained By The Municipalitys Technical Services; • Operation Of Accommodation In The Form Of A Stopover Lodge; • Organization Of At Least Four Annual Festive And Cultural Events (Concerts, Theme Evenings, Local Events) Linked To Local Community Life And The Town Hall; • Tourist Information Role With Provision Of Local Documentation, Promotion Of Local Activities And Welcoming Visitors; • Routine Upkeep, Maintenance And Cleanliness Of The Premises And Equipment Provided.
