Meal-Preparation Services – The Supply And On-Site Preparation Of Meals For The Elderly Residence, Meals Delivered To The Homes Of Elderly People And People With Disabilities In The Municipality And Meals Served In The Self-Service Restaurant For Municipal Staff. The Contract Is Mixed With A Fixed Part Fixed In The Act Of Commitment And A Part In Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With Minimum And Maximum Single-Awardee Of Supplies. The Market Will Include A Firm Tranche And 1 (One) Optional Tranche. The Firm Portion Includes Personnel Costs For The Provision Of A Chef And A Clerk, In Which Case, The Community Will Provide A Dedicated Agent For The Service. Optional Tranche N°1 Corresponds To Personnel Costs For The Provision Of An Additional Clerk, In Which Case, The Service Will Be Entirely Provided By The Holder.
