Research Services – Contract Relating To The Carrying Out Of A Prefiguration Study Of The Micropollutant Rep Sector. The Main Objective Of The Service Is To Bring Together And Propose The Technical, Economic, Financial, Legal And Environmental Elements To Fuel The Reflection Aimed At Organizing The Operational Implementation Of An Epr Applied To Micropollutants, Across The Entire National Territory (Metropolis And Overseas Local Authorities Applying The Environmental Code). The Study To Be Carried Out Will Include Three Distinct Parts: - Part 1: Inventory; - Part 2: Proposal For Organizational Scenarios For The Rep Micropollutants Sector; - Part 3: Framing Elements Of The Rep Micropollutants Sector. This Prefiguration Study Is Being Carried Out In Parallel With European Work On The Epr (Implementing Act Provided For In Article 9) In Progress And To Be Published No Later Than December 31, 2027. The Scope Of The Service Concerns Cosmetic And Pharmaceutical Products, Covered By Directive 2001/83/Ec On Medicinal Products For Human Use, And Regulation No. 1223/2009 On Cosmetic Products. The Study Concerns The Entire French Territory (Including The Droms Applying The Environment Code And The Public Health Code). For The Part Concerning The Identification Of The Quantities Placed On The Market, The Study Also Concerns The European Market.
