The Order Concerns The Supply To The Ministry Of Defense (Hereinafter: The Contracting Authority) Of Physical End-Of-Year Packages For The End-Of-Year Staff Compensation Of The Contracting Authority To Its Employees. Based On Current Knowledge, It Is Expected That Approximately 41,500 Traditional End-Of-Year Packages Will Be Purchased During The Maximum Term Of Four Years Under The Framework Agreement; This Is A Careful Estimate. An Individual End Of Year Package Currently Represents A Fixed Value Of €50 Including Vat, For Dosco €35 Including Vat. It Is Possible That During The Contract Period The Ministry Of Defense Will Adjust The Amount Or Amounts, Both Upwards And Downwards, Therefore Numbers Are Estimated. The Contracting Authority Has Made The Most Careful Estimate Possible Of The Size Of The Framework Agreement, But The Actual Purchase Is Not Guaranteed. Depending On The Amount Of The Personal Budget Per End Of Year Package, The Total Value, With The Current Rates Of €35 To €50 Per Package Including Vat, Would Amount To €1,735,500.00 Including Vat. Due To Uncertainties, The Maximum Number Of End-Of-Year Packages To Be Purchased May Increase To A Maximum Of Twice The Carefully Estimated Numbers Of 41,500 Pieces Over The Term Of The Framework Agreement (This Is Not Expected To Happen, But It Could Be Possible), Which Amounts To A Maximum Of 83,000 End-Of-Year Packages Over The Maximum Term Of 4 Years. The Tender Is Therefore Not Limited In Financial Scope But On The Basis Of Numbers.
