The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service For: Collection And Transport Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste, As Well As Collection, Transport And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste, From Property Owners Living In The Przeworsk Municipality, In Order To Achieve Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And To Limit The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With Provisions Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities As Well As The Regulations And Detailed Regulations. 4.2.
