The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Removal And Storage Of Vehicles Removed From The Roads Of The City Of Poznań Pursuant To Art. 130A Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law. The Implementation Of Vehicle Removal And Storage Services Includes: 1) Removal Of Vehicles: Access To The Site Of The Event At The Time Specified In The Swz, Loading, Transport Of The Vehicle To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Unloading The Vehicle At The Place Designated By The Ordering Party; 2) Storage Of Vehicles Removed From The Roads: Accepting The Vehicle Into The Parking Lot, Parking It And Releasing The Vehicle From The Parking Lot To An Authorized Person.
