Depending On Climatic Or Other Objective Conditions, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Request Certain Works And Services More Often Or, On The Contrary, Less Often, Or In Greater Or, Conversely, Smaller Quantities. Května, Spořilovská, Vydanéch Ssú. Fulfillment Of Sub-Contracts Will Take Place With The Help Of The Cdsw-Green Application, In Which The Green Passport Is Managed By The Contracting Authority. Through This Application, The Contracting Authority In Particular: A) Establishes A Binding Green Maintenance Plan For The Relevant Calendar Year (Including The Required Start And Completion Dates Of Activities), B) Sends Requests For The Performance Of Other Activities (With A Definition Of The Type, Frequency, Place And Time - The Required Start And Completion Dates Of Activities), Or Modifies Or More Closely Specifies The Requirements According To The Green Maintenance Plan. All Performance Of This Public Order (Ie, Above All The Commissioning Of All Activities, Reporting And Invoicing) Will Therefore Take Place Using The Cdsw-Zeleň Application, While The Selected Supplier Will Be Obliged To Purchase The Relevant License If It Is Not Already Available. The Price Of The License For The Entire Duration Of The Contractual Relationship Will Not Exceed Czk 20,000. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Selected Supplier With Training For Working With This Information System. The Purchase Of A License Is A Condition For Concluding A Contract With The Selected Supplier (See Also Article 23. Zd).
