Coaching Services – Guiding Municipal Services In Strengthening The Tree Policy Of The Municipalities Participating In The Climate Trees In Limburg 2.0 Project. The Assignment Consists Of Supervising Municipal Services Of The Participating Municipalities, With A Focus On Systematic Work On Climate Trees, Climate-Proof Growing Places, The Planting Of The Right Tree In The Right Place And The Preservation And Protection Of Mature Trees As Valuable Elements Of The Infrastructure. This Is Done With Tailor-Made Advice (Individually Per Municipality Or In Small Groups Of Municipalities With Similar Needs Or Questions), Developing And Providing Training And Education, Etc. In The Context Of Guidance, The Contractor Develops Frameworks/Tools/Guidelines Where Necessary And Introduces Them To The Municipalities. If Necessary, The Municipalities Are Also Supported In The Use Of Gis Applications And Relevant Technologies. The Contractor Proactively Approaches The Target Group. This Starts With Actively Identifying The Specific Needs And Requirements And Determining The Right Priorities. Based On This Inventory, The Contractor Develops The Most Effective Solutions And A Support Strategy For Each Municipality, Or Group Of Municipalities. The Contractor Then Directs And Supervises The Actual Implementation So That The Solutions Are Structurally Integrated Within The Municipal Tree Policy And Within The Relevant Municipal Policy Areas. The Described Approach Is Done In Close Consultation With The Client, Including Monthly Consultations.
