Fuels – Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil For Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O. In Sosnowiec. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Diesel Oil (Summer And Winter) In An Amount Of Up To 300,000 Liters (Maximum Estimated Quantity) Along With Delivery To The Warehouse Of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O., Located At Ul. Grenadierów 21 In Sosnowiec. 2. The Offered Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-En 590 Or Equivalent And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended). 3. The Maximum Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Covered By This Contract Is 300,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of No Less Than 225,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil, However, Up To The Amount Indicated In The Contract As The Maximum Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order To The Guaranteed Quantity, In Accordance With Actual Needs And The Maximum Contractual Remuneration. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Fuel Received, Expressed In Liters Of The Finished Product At A Temperature Of 15 Degrees C (According To The Readings Of A Legalized Refueling Meter With Compensation Up To 15 Degrees C For A Road Tanker).
