The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Pick-Up Services For Students To And From Primary Schools In The Świebodzin Commune In The School Year 2026/2027. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation, From September 1, 2026, To June 25, 2027, Of Transport Services - School Transport, Based On Monthly Tickets For Students Commuting To Primary Schools In The Świebodzin Commune. 1.2. Students Are To Be Transported (Drops And Drop-Offs) On School Days To The Following Primary Schools: Primary School No. 1 In Świebodzin, Ul. Gen. Sikorskiego 11, Primary School No. 2 In Świebodzin, Ul. Park Chopina 1, Primary School No. 3 In Świebodzin, Ul. Łużycka 33, Primary School No. 7 In Świebodzin, Ul. Zachodnia 74A, Educational Complex No. 1 In Świebodzin, Os. Łużyckie 28, Educational Complex In Gościkowo, Gościkowo 9, Special Educational And Educational Center In Świebodzin, Ul. Żaków 1. 1.3. The Use Of Transport Will Be Based On Monthly Tickets Issued By The Contractor. The Number Of Students And Guardians Delegated From Schools And Transport Times Will Result From The Current Lesson Plans Of Individual Schools. 1.4. The Ordering Party, Through Authorized Directors Of Educational Institutions, Will Provide The Contractor Before The Beginning Of Each Month, But No Later Than The 20Th Day Of Each Month In The Period From September 2026 To June 2027, With An Up-To-Date List Of Transported Students And Agree On The Hours (Of Deliveries And Pick-Ups) In Individual Schools. In The Event Of A Change In The Lesson Plan, The Directors Will Inform The Contractor 7 Days In Advance About The Changes. The Return Of Tickets From A Given Month Results In A Reduction Of The Contractors Remuneration And May Be Made By The 10Th Day Of Each Month For A Given Period Of Contract Implementation. 1.5. The Contractors Means Of Transport Will Meet The European Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Least Euro3 And Will Be Marked Appropriately To Their Nature. 1.6. The Approximate Number Of Students Is 534 During The Implementation Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
