The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Project Management Services Relating To Work To Improve Fire Safety And Humanize The Care Units Of The Jean-Hamburger Building (Sector 01) Of The Antoine-Béclère Hospital. The Operation Concerns The Hospitalization Units Located In Wings A, B And C Of The Superstructure Floors Which Have Not Yet Been The Subject Of The Work Planned As Part Of The Establishments Fire Master Plan. The Estimated Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is Set At €12,850,000 Excluding Tax. The Project Management Team Must Include At Least: - An Architect; - A Structural Engineer; - A Cfo/Cfa Electrical Engineer; - A Fluid Engineer; - A Fire Safety Specialist; - An Opc Profile.
