Solar Installation – Construction Of A Photovoltaic Farm. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (With All Arrangements And Permits) And The Delivery And Assembly Of A Photovoltaic Farm As Part Of The Investment Tasks Titled: Partnership Programs For Res Municipal Energy For Communes Of The Świdnica Poviat (Ppek Ii) And Partnership Programs For Res Municipal Energy For Communes Of Świdnica Poviat (Ppek I). The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works To The Ordering Party, Also Including An Electrical Connection. After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide A Map For Design Purposes In Paper And Electronic Versions (Dwg., Tfw And Pdf.). The Developed Design Documentation Should Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Fup, The Conditions For Connection To The Network And The Swz And The Contract With The Contractor, 2) Ensuring That The Design Documentation Is Prepared By Designers With Appropriate Authorizations, 3) Ensuring, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Also At The Investment Implementation Stage, A Design Team Consisting Of People With Appropriate Construction Qualifications For Design, Belonging To The Relevant Professional Chamber In All Specialties Necessary For The Implementation Of The Design Documentation, As Well As During The Investment Implementation, 4) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Equipment, 5) Performance Of Construction Works, Final Measurements, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including Geodetic Inventory And Positive Acceptance By The Distribution System Operator, 6) Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Investment In The Field, The Contractor Is Obliged To Geodetic Mark Out The Investment Area. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In The Terms Of Reference And In The Annexes Attached Thereto. 2. If Proper Names Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, This Means That The Ordering Party Expects To Propose Solutions With Technical Parameters (Equivalent), I.E. Not Worse Than The Parameters Indicated In The Documentation And Characterized By The Material, Device, Element Indicated In This Request For Quotation. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Items, I.E. Meeting The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Documentation. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Item. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
