The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Defined In The Form Of A List Of Works And Services Required By The Contracting Authority. Part Of Annexes No. 12 Zd Includes, Among Other Things, A Price List, Or Model For Calculating The Bid Price (Hereinafter Referred To As The Model). The Model Specifies In Detail Individual Specific Works And Services, The Implementation Of Which The Contracting Authority Assumes Within One Calendar Year, Including The Expected Frequency/Amount Of Execution Of These Works And Services. Depending On Climatic Or Other Objective Conditions, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Request Certain Works And Services More Often Or, On The Contrary, Less Often, Or In Greater Or, Conversely, Smaller Quantities. The Costs Of Road Markings According To The Relevant Dir Are Included In The Unit Prices For The Relevant Services. In The Case Of A Dir Issued For Specific Works, E.G. Felling Trees, I.E. A Decision On A Special Use Permit Issued By The Road Administration Office Pursuant To § 24 Of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., On Land Transport, As Amended, In Necessary Cases, Based On The Decision Of The Contracting Authority, Road Markings Will Be Ordered From A Specialist Company And Paid For Separately By The Contracting Authority. Part Of The Subject Of Performance For Part 12 Is Also Emergency Work Consisting Mainly Of Removing Trees From Roads After A Natural Disaster, Or As A Result Of A Sudden Calamity Situation. For These Purposes, The Supplier Is Obliged To Have A Telephone Line With Continuous Operation. The Start Of These Emergency Works Is Regulated By The Contract. A Separate Contract Will Be Concluded With 1 Participant For The Public Order. If The Selected Supplier Is Excluded, Or If The Selected Supplier Does Not Provide The Cooperation Necessary To Conclude The Contract, In Accordance With § 125 Of The Act, Another Participant In The Procurement Procedure May Be Invited To Conclude The Contract According To The Order That Results From The Results Of The Original Evaluation (Or According To The Results Of A New Evaluation, If Its Implementation Is Necessary According To § 125 Of The Act).
