Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Upgrade Ka Kamp-Bornhofen - Lot 01. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of Planning Services For Engineering Structures (§ 43 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9) And The Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment (§ 55 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9). In Addition To The Basic Services According To Hoai, The Awarding Of Special Services Is Also The Subject Of This Award Procedure. For Further Details, Please Refer To The Engineering Contract Attached To The Procurement Documents. The Special Services Are Described And Listed In Appendix 2 Of The Engineering Contract. The Client Has Planned To Award These Services In Stages: In Service Level 1, Service Phases 1 To 2 For The Respective Object And Specialist Planning As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases Are To Be Commissioned. In Service Level 2, Service Phases 3 To 4 Should Be Commissioned For The Respective Property And Specialist Planning As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases. In Service Level 3, The Client Intends To Commission The Award Of Service Phases 5 To 9 For The Respective Property And Specialist Planning As Well As The Special Services Required In These Phases For The Approved Planning. The Commissioning Of The Further Service Levels 2 And 3 Is Subject To The Suspensive Condition That The Client Requests These In Writing Or In Text Form As Part Of The Order Extension. There Is Therefore No Legal Entitlement To The Commissioning Of Services/Levels That Go Beyond Performance Level 1.
