The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Facade, Including Cleaning, Local Repairs And Repainting Of External Walls, As Well As The Renovation Of Balconies In The Building At Ul. Franciszkańska 10 In Suwałki. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Additionally, The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities As An Auxiliary Document. 4. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only An Auxiliary And Informational Document That The Contractor May Use When Preparing An Offer, But They Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Full Scope Of Works. 5. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Opz And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 6.
