Ve 03 Demolition Work Short Description: The Existing Building (Type Building Sk Berlin, From The 80S) Is Being Renovated And Supplemented By A Small Extension. The Existing Building Consists Of Five Above-Ground Floors In Reinforced Concrete Construction And Is Accessed Via Two Stairwells Located Near The Gable Walls. An Elevator Will Be Built In The Transition From The Existing Building To The New Building. The Total Gross Floor Area Is Approx. 3,500 M2. The Scope Of Services Includes Demolition Work In The Interior, Roof And Facade Areas, Including The Disposal Of Dangerous And Non-Hazardous Demolition Materials.
