Technical Requirements Are Mandatory; Any Reference To Make, Origin, Type Or Manufacturer Shall Be Read In Conjunction With Or Equivalent Where Applicable. Requests For Clarifications Regarding The Award Documentation Are Sent Exclusively Through Seap, No Later Than 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification At Least 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 173 Para. (2) From Law No. 99/2016. Requests Sent After The Deadline Will Not Be Answered.
