Fuels – Purchase And Delivery Of Heating Oil For Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O. In Sosnowiec.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Heating Oil In A Maximum Quantity Of 50,000 Liters To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In Sosnowiec At Ul. Grenadierów 21. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order In An Amount Of At Least 40,000 Liters Of Fuel Oil, Provided That The Amount Of Diesel Oil Ordered May Not Exceed The Amount Indicated In The Contract As The Maximum Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered To A Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters, Located On The Premises Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Maximum Quantity Of Heating Oil Covered By The Order Is 50,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of At Least 40,000 Liters Of Heating Oil, However, Up To The Amount Indicated In The Contract As The Maximum Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Failure By The Ordering Party To Use The Maximum Order Quantity, I.E. The Difference Between 50,000 Liters And The Actually Ordered Quantity Of Heating Oil, Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims, Provided That The Ordering Party Completes The Minimum Guaranteed Order Quantity Of 40,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantitative Scope Of The Order Also If The Maximum Contractual Remuneration Is Reached. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 4. The Offered Fuel Oil Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Swz. 5.
