This Tender Concerns The First Construction Phase. A Fence Must Be Built Around The Kindergarten Site With Approx. 300 M Of Fixed And Movable Construction Fences, See Construction Site Layout Plan. Furthermore, Any Coverings (Approx. 600M²) And Fixtures Remaining On The Site And In The Buildings Inner Courtyard Must Be Demolished, And Bushes And Growth Must Be Cleared. The Outdoor Area Near The Building Must Be Made Accessible, I.E. Holes Created By The Demolition Must Be Filled Again So That The Building Construction Work Can Progress Safely. A Total Of 54 Trees Have To Be Felled, Of Which 22 Require Approval And 32 Do Not Require Approval, See Felling Plan.
