Advertising And Marketing Services – Communication Strategy – Consumer Awareness 1 – Creative 2. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Communication Plan Tools Aimed At Increasing Consumer Awareness Of The Benefits Of Consuming Freshwater Fish And The Environmental Benefits Of Aquaculture, In Accordance With The Proposed Communication Strategy Of The Op Fisheries 2021–2027 (Part 1) For The Period 2026–2028. Sub-Fulfillment No. 1: Concept Creation Of The Creative Concept/Key Visual Of The Campaign Part Of This Fulfillment Is The Design Of The Creative Concept/Key Visual Of The Campaign Following The Communication Strategy, Including Its Optical Rendering And Presentation, For The Following Formats According To The Assignment: • Internet Banners And Other Recommended Online Formats, • Print Materials And Advertisements And Other Recommended Print Formats, • Outdoor And Possibly Event Formats (Horizontal And Vertical). Texts And Graphic Designs Will Be Developed For All The Above-Mentioned Formats Up To The Stage Of Final Graphic Design. The Delivery Also Includes Production Design For Individual Media And Communication Channels, Selection And Coordination Of Third Parties Involved In The Production Of Advertising, Quality Control And Provision Of Appropriate Administration And Documentation. The Specific Outputs Of This Part Include Not Only The Final Previews, But Also All The Materials Needed For Full Use By The Client: 1) Key Visual Design 2) Print Advertisement Design 3) Outdoor Format Design (Billboard, Bigboard, Clv, Hypercube, Etc.) Partial Performance No. 2: Creative Supervision Of Campaign Implementation Part Of This Performance Is Creative Supervision Of Implementation Activities In The Production And Media Part Of The Communication Campaign, Including: 1) Ensuring Cooperation With Suppliers Of The Production And Media Part Of The Campaign 2) Proposals For Modifications To The Website And Possible Campaign Microsites 3) Other Related Activities Leading To The Fulfillment Of The Marketing Strategy. Detailed Specifications Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And All Commercial, Payment And Technical Conditions Are Defined In The Binding Text Of The Framework Contract Proposal Contained In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Framework Contract For The Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period, Namely Until 15 November 2028, Or Until The Moment When The Total Financial Amount (Maximum Total Price) Is Used Up.
