Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transportation Of Elementary School Students Of Vukovar-Srijem County. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Transportation Service For Elementary School Students Founded By The Vukovar-Srijem County. The Offeror Is Obliged To Provide The Student Transport Service Via A Special Line Transport, On Lines In Accordance With The Attached Cost List. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Issue An Identification Card In His Name To Each Student Who Fulfills The Conditions For Transportation, Which Is Valid For The Duration Of The School Year, I.E. For The Duration Of The Transportation Contract, On The Basis Of Which The Student Will Have Transportation From The Place Of Residence To The Place Of School. Pupils Must Be Transported By High-Quality Buses That Meet The Standards From The Ordinance On The Conditions That Must Be Met By Buses Used For The Organized Transportation Of Children (Official Gazette 133/25), That Is, By Passenger Vehicles Of Category M1 With A Capacity Of 7+1 Or 8+1 That Must Meet The Requirements From The Current Ordinance On Special Conditions For Vehicles Used For Public Road Transport And Transport For Personal Needs, All In Accordance With The Cost List. If The Vehicle Breaks Down During The Transportation Of Children, The Executor Undertakes To Send A Suitable Replacement Vehicle As Soon As Possible To Transport The Children To Their Destination. If There Is A Change In The Vehicle For Which The Executor Provided Information In The Offer, He Is Obliged To Provide The Client With Information About The New Vehicle He Hires, Which Must Meet All The Conditions Required In The Procurement Documentation And The Minimum Quality Offered In Accordance With The Selection Criteria, I.E. The Specified Replacement Will Not Be Possible If The Same Would Affect A Different Ranking Of The Offers If The Offeror Had Already Proposed The Specified Vehicle In The Offer. The Provider Is Obliged To Organize The Transportation Of The Students In Such A Way That The Students Do Not Stay In The School Premises More Than 30 Minutes Before/After The Time Marked As The Start/End Of Classes. If An Individual School Plans To Change The Time Of Classes During The Validity Of The Agreement, It Is Obligatory To Inform The Client And The Executor About It, And The Executor Undertakes To Adapt To The New Start/End Of Classes In Accordance With The Agreed Number Of Pick-Ups And Drop-Offs For Individual Routes.
