Award Of A Global Public Performance Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L.2171-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Relating To: - On The Design And Construction Of A Sludge Methanization Unit, Including All Associated Works And Equipment (Thickening, Upstream And Downstream Storage, Methanization, Biogas Treatment, Dehydration, Return Treatment, Deodorization, Vrd, Technical Building, Etc.) And Improvement Work At The Station Entrance; - On Operation, Upkeep, Maintenance, Asset Management, Management Of Sludge, By-Products, Waste And Discharges, Monitoring, Regulatory Self-Monitoring, Management Of The Information System And Data, And Assistance To Siteuce For All Current And Future Installations Of The Colmar Treatment Plant, With Performance Commitments. The Operation Component Will Come Into Force On January 1, 2028 On All Existing Structures Concerned And Will Continue After The Commissioning And Observation Period Of The Methanization Unit.
