In The Event Of A Name Change, Termination, Merger, Reorganization Of An Individual School, Change Of Founding Rights Over An Individual School, Or Other Similar Situations, Determined By Law Or Other Regulations In Which There Is A Change In The Scope Of Work And Competence Of The School And The Client, All Rights And Obligations Related To This Procurement Item And The Concluded Contract On Public Procurement, Pass To The Legal Successor Or Successors In Accordance With Their Mutual Agreement.
