The Tenderer Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Public Contracting Authority Continuously During The Validity And Effectiveness Of The Framework Agreement To The Place Of Delivery Of The Goods Within A Period Of No Later Than 24 Hours From The Delivery Of The Order, Always From 7:00 A.M. Until 10.00 A.M. Based On The Determination Of The Head Of The Catering Operation In A Written Order. We Require Monday And Thursday, I.E. Twice A Week From 7:00-10:00 A.M. Import Time. The Goods Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of Sub-Contracts (Orders), Which Will Contain The Specification, Quantity, Type Of Goods And The Period Of Fulfillment, So That The Quality Of The Goods Is Ensured In Terms Of Warranty, Type Of Product And The Number Of Diners And Staff. Delivery Of Animal Products, Meat And Meat Products, Standard Quality According To The Relevant Quality Standard. Delivered Products Must Be Fresh In A Chilled State (Not Frozen), Not Vacuum Packed. The Meat Must Be Delivered Loose And Fresh. The Quality Of The Freshness Of The Delivered Meat Must Not Show The Following Signs: After Thawing Or Freezing, Contain Water, Greasy Or Bloody Parts With A Foreign Smell. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Meat And Meat Products From Slovak Producers, Breeders, Processors And Packers Come From Poultry, Pigs And Cattle Raised On High-Quality Feed. Products Must Have At Least Two Thirds Of The Warranty Period Before Them. The Goods Must Be Delivered Undamaged In A Healthy And Fresh State, In The Highest Quality And With Traceability Of Its Origin. For The Traceable Origin Of The Meat, The Following Applies: Beef On The Delivery Note Will Be Marked With A Reference Number And Information About The Country Where The Animal Was Born, Reared And Killed At The Declared Slaughterhouse. Pork On The Delivery Note Will Be Marked With The Delivery Code And Information About The Country Where The Animal Was Raised And Killed At The Declared Slaughterhouse. For Each Delivery Of Beef, The Delivery Note Must Include, Among Other Mandatory Data, The Reference Number, The Country Where The Animal Was Born, Bred And Killed. Failure To Fulfill The Obligation Is Considered A Gross Violation Of The Contractual Terms. For Each Delivery Of Pork, The Delivery Note Must Include The Delivery Code, In Addition To Other Mandatory Data
