Engineering Services – Planning Services, Technical Equipment. Technical Equipment, System Groups 4, 5, 6 And 8 In Accordance With § 53 Ff. Hoai, Lph 2-3 And 5-6 And 8-9 For The Renovation And Expansion Of The Primary School At Dom-Pedro-Platz 2, 80637 Munich. The State Capital Of Munich Is Planning The General Renovation And Expansion Into An All-Day, 4-Class Elementary School According To The Standard Room Program At Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 In The 9Th District Of Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The Elementary School At Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 Is A Listed Solid Construction Building From 1899/1900 And Is Also Under Ensemble Protection. The Building Consists Of A Ground Floor On The Mezzanine Floor, Two Upper Floors, A Partially Converted Attic And A Basement In The Basement. The School Is Currently Organized In 5 ½ Classes And Housed In A Classic Hallway-Type Floor Plan. There Is An Integrated After-School Care Area In The School Building. The Building Also Has The Following Additional Facilities: •A Sports Hall On The Top Floor, •A Gymnastics Room On The First Floor, •And The Thv Apartment. The Break Areas Are Located On The Schools Own Property. The Primary Schools Outdoor Sports Areas Are Located On Parcel 546/2 On The Opposite Side Of The Street And Are Accessible Via Dom-Pedro-Straße. As Part Of A Feasibility Study, Which Was Carried Out Between April And October 2025, It Was Intended To Examine How A 5-Grade, All-Day Primary School Based On The Munich Learning House Concept Could Be Implemented In The Existing Building. As Part Of The Feasibility Study, Several Variants For Expanding The Primary School Were Examined. A Detailed Description Of The Feasibility Study And The Developed Variants Is Attached To The Documents. The Dom Pedro School Building Was Completely Renovated And Rebuilt Between 2001 And 2005. The Main Supply Routes Were Installed In Conjunction With Hls Routes And F-Ceilings In The Corridors, As Were The Associated Sub-Distribution Boards. In Addition, There Are Conceptual Weaknesses In The Classroom When It Comes To Fire Protection. This Also Applies To The Classic Building Construction Trades. This Situation Must Be Changed Or Significantly Improved In Coordination With The Fire Department. The Result Of The Renovation Should Be That The School Can Continue To Operate Without Any Problems For Decades. In View Of The Munich City Councils Decision In December 2019 To Achieve Climate Neutrality Throughout The City By 2035, The New Building Should Preferably Be Constructed Using A Wooden Hybrid Construction Method. When Planning, Particular Attention Must Be Paid To Sustainability Aspects Such As Energy Standards, Renewable Energy Concepts, The Use Of Renewable Raw Materials And Recyclability. Primary School 4 Classes Number Of Students Expected: 400 Eating Participants Expected: 331 In Two Shifts Number Of Parking Spaces According To Parking Space Key And Requirements Gfa Existing: Approx. 9,800 M² Gfa New Building: Approx. 1,250 M²
