The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of High, Medium And Low Voltage Active Electrical Energy At Freely Agreed Prices, According To The Law On Energy And Inclusion In A Balancing Group Of The Facilities Of Sofiiska Voda Jsc And Covering Their Imbalances. The Object Of Sofiiska Voda Ad High Voltage Is The Kubratovo Wastewater Treatment Plant (Swtp), Having A Measuring Point With The Number: 32X0011001001408 And Is Connected Directly To The High Voltage Power Grid Operated By Eso. The Low And Medium Voltage Facilities Of Sofia Water Ad Are Described In Appendix 1, Appendix 2 And Appendix 3 To This Section. The Contracting Authority Should Be Included With All Its Objects As An Indirect Member In The Balancing Group Of The Contractor (Merchant) And Should Be Provided With All The Necessary Administrative And Other Services Related To Covering The Imbalances, According To The Companys Hourly Schedules. The Contractor (Merchant) Carries Out The Activities Subject To The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Laid Down In The Draft Contract.
