It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Renewal Of A License For A Complex Solution For The Protection Of Endpoints Of The Unss. The University Of National And World Economy Has Sentinelones Singularity Platform End-To-End Security Solution Deployed And Operational. The Subject Of This Order Aims To Renew The Right To Use And Warranty Support Of The Singularity Platform Workstation And Server Protection Software At Sentinelone Complete Level And Services From The Manufacturer Vigilance Respond Mdr With Rights To Use Functionalities To Protect 1000 Workstations And 100 Servers, For A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of The Following Services: 1) Renewal Of The Right To Use And Warranty Support Of The Singularity Platform Workstation And Server Protection Software At Sentinelone Complete Level And Services From The Manufacturer Vigilance Respond Mdr With Rights To Use Functionalities To Protect 1000 Workstations And 100 Servers, For A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. 2) System Warranty Support. Warranty Requirements: The Contractor Must Provide Warranty Support For The Sentinelone Singularity Platform System At The Complete Level For A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months, Counting From The Date Of The Handover Protocol For Granting The Licenses.;​​​​ The Contractor Shall Notify The Employer Of The Status Of The Request On A Daily Basis In The Event That It Cannot Be Resolved Immediately. Technical Support Should Be Available By Phone, Email And/Or Web Interface. The Contractor Must Have A Customer Service Center Meeting The Following Minimum Requirements: Continuous Working Hours (24/7) Accepting Problem Requests By Phone, E-Mail Or Software Platform With A Response Time (Problem Registration) Of Up To 30 Minutes; Deadline For Finding A Temporary Solution (Workaround) Up To 3 (Three) Working Days; Possibility To Raise A Problem To The Manufacturer Of The Software Platform In Case Of Need; Ability To Accept Service Requests And Maintenance Activity, Escalation Procedure. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​
