These Works Are Currently In Progress. This Means That The Basic Construction Of The Building Will Still Be Carried Out Or Completed At The Start Of The Implementation Of The Order In Question. Upon Completion Of The Work, The Ab Construction Contractor Will Hand Over To The Client A Proof Of Facility Reliability (Dzo) For The Work Performed. Due To The Contractually Agreed Annual Dynamics Of The Use Of Funds Between The Client And The Co-Financier, It Is Envisaged That The Selected Provider Will Be Put Into Work Immediately After Signing The Contract. The Goal Is To Ensure The Fastest Possible Start Of The Implementation Of Possible Contractual Works And Optimal Use Of The Available Period. After Starting Work, The Contractor Must Immediately Start Ordering Materials, Elements And Equipment, Where This Is Already Possible According To The Project Documentation And The Actual Condition Of The Building. This Reduces The Risk Of Delays Due To Longer Delivery Times And Ensures A Smooth Flow Of Work. We Would Like To Point Out That In The Lists Of Works Only The Installation (With Possible Connection) Of The Equipment Is Provided For In Certain Places, Since The Client Has Already Provided Some Of The Equipment. Bidders Must Take This Into Account When Preparing The Offer And Subsequent Performance Of The Work. The Selected Provider Will Actively Participate In The Technical And Quality Acceptance Of Already Completed Works (Reinforced Concrete Structures), With The Aim Of Checking Their Adequacy And Ensuring Compliance With Further Implementation. This Is To Avoid Possible Later Ambiguities Or Misunderstandings Regarding The Quality And Suitability Of The Works Already Carried Out.
