The Flat-Rate Monthly Payment Will Be The Same Every Month (Price For 48 Months Of Regular Cleaning Services/48), Regardless Of The Number Of Days In The Month Or The Stage Of The Academic Year. Part Of The Scope Of The Contract Is Also The Regular Replenishment Of Reservoirs With Hygiene And Disinfection Needs (These Are Materials For Hygiene Equipment - Toilet Paper, Liquid Soaps, Waste Bags 120 L, Bags For Waste Bins 30 L, Etc. - For Details, See Annex No. 5 Of The Contract - Tender Form) By The Supplier (The Supply And Replenishment Of These Needs Is Therefore Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Of The Public Contract). Cleaning Services Include The Use Of The Suppliers Own Cleaning, Disinfecting And Maintenance Products, Cleaning Machines, Tools And Supplies. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Defined In More Detail In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Zd, Including Its Annexes. Quality Requirements And Expected Volume Of Cleaning Services Are Listed In The Appendices To This Zd (Or They Form Appendices To The Draft Contract). The Information And Data Provided In The Individual Parts Of The Tender Documentation And Its Annexes Define The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Supplier Is Obliged To Fully Accept These Requirements Without Exception In His Offer. Non-Acceptance Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements Stated In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes To The Subject Of The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Considered By The Contracting Authority As Non-Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Procurement Documentation.
