Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transport Of Disabled Children 2026/2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Disabled Children, Students And Young People To Schools And Educational Institutions In The Period From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 2.1. The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Accepts A Transport Service Related To The Fulfillment Of The Obligation Specified In Art. 32 Section 6 And Art. 39 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016, Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 820), Which Involves Transporting Disabled Children, I.E. Pupils, Students And Young People, Residing In Warsaw In The Włochy District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw (Hereinafter: Children Or Child). 2.2. The Service Will Include Transport On The Home-School-Home Route, Along With Providing Children, I.E. Pupils, Students And Young People, With Care During Transport On All School Days Or Rehabilitation And Educational Classes, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/27 School Year, As Well As The Winter In The City And Summer In The City Campaigns. 2.3. The Service Will Cover 30 Children, In Accordance With The Price Form Annex To The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Appendix No. 1 To The Contract. 2.4. In The Case Of Electric Vehicles Intended For The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Them To Be Charged During Courses On The Route: Home - School Or School - Home. 2.5. The Ordering Party Declares That It Will Entrust The Contractor With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In § 1 Section 1 With A Minimum Value Of 50% Of The Remuneration For The Subject Of The Contract Described In § 8 Section 1.
